Ben, yes agreed with what you added and that what I experienced could be due to resistance and/or only partial execution, or be a phase in the process. And AM5 is older tech.
I'm personally naturally more of a lonely wolf than very social. Also angry, though I try to repress it. I think AM5 had me going along these same rails and feeding the angry parts, thus making me more stuck. I believe what happened on PM was that I dissolved some negative things about other men and seeing myself as one of them and maybe also something about competition being more normal. Also, it was more joyful and projecting than angry and guarded. So something like this combined with leadership training, US, EPHRA, etc - for my situation, that'd sound pretty sweet. Good for work also.
I do worry if the new AM would end up emphasizing the angry, antisocial bits again, that's why I comment on it here. Especially with people close to me, I'd rather let some snarky comment go in the moment and ask them how they're feeling emphatically later than react internally and become angry at them. I find that its often some situation or insecurity of theirs, not really anything against me.
