What effects does masturbation / sex have on subs?

Just wondering, what effect(s) does masturbation / sex have on the effectiveness of subs?

Some people mentioned / implied that abstaining improved the results they were getting with the subs that they were using.

Would focusing on one's desired vision / outcome while orgasming be useful for manifestation / improving effectiveness?

I personally do not see that it would make any difference except the following cases:

1. Sexual energy, when not released, builds up, and can become a wonderful motivator for certain things (success with your sexually preferred gender) if it is controlled and directed properly.

2. Sexual energy can be controlled and channeled into fueling other things as well, again with enough will power and self control.

On the other side of the coin, in most cases, it really isn't going to matter. Possible exceptions will certainly include AM, SM, WM. Especially SM, although the goal somewhat defeats the point... SM does trigger increased generation of orgone and then uses it to motivate you to action and power itself.
