Just because it does not work for you, it does not mean it does not work for others and placebo. There is a chances that does not work for you, that mean there is also a chances you do not use it according to the rules or there are other problems.
You can explain the problem that you experience more detail, or you can ask for refund. I was wonder you did not ask this question earlier.
