So I am usually not the one to complain; but for a business that offers exceptional life changing subs unlike any other subliminal industry in the world, your login to your store is frustrating, and here's why:
1. when I login to the store with my email and password, easily I sign in BUT when I use the SAME username email and password through my smartphone, IT SAYS INVALID! So I end up going via smartphone to my email to RESET PASSWORD when it is exactly the same one I use to login to my desktop......has anyone ever had this same frustrating situation and experience?? Or is it just me?
2. Same thing is that once I am able to login on my smartphone, the password on smartphone and PC are DIFFERENT but still able to log in with 2 different password; one for smartphone and one for PC.
3. When I do finally go to change my password exactly as I spelled it and then login, after resetting the password, it still doesn't recognize it upon trying to login again...
Questions about Store Interface:
1. So far, I have downloaded EPHRA and purchased MLS 5g, however only EPHRA shows up in download options (where did MLS 5g go)? Well turns out MLS 5g was purchased from my smartphone so it only appears or shows up in my smartphone and EPHRA was downloaded only on the desktop so it only shows up on the desktop.......anyway you guys can fix this problem? (Both should be appearing no matter where I login from -- if I ever can regarding above issue about login).
Again not trying to complain or whine about this but it is so user-unfriendly.....other than that everything else I love, the forum, the subs (of course).....just the above experiences I've dealt with is frustrating *pulls my hair* :@
Will you be updating the interface anytime soon? Actually I just noticed you did some kind of update but just so you know the password dilemma is still happening with me right now; I don't know if it is just me or if anyone else had the same issue; particularly with the login issues.
Some friendly advice for you - You really need to invest in a web designer for the store interface and fix these glitches.....
