Using Laptop Built-In Speakers ONLY

I ran the audio test file on my built-in laptop speakers, and it seemed to pass. I didn't hear any static, any drops. I have a Lenovo S431 laptop.

So for silent subliminals, is this still going to be OK?

I guess the only concern would be volume perhaps for the silent subs.
