Hi fellas.
Over the last week I've been solely using 3.1b, and have had consistent results. I hooked up with a girl on day 6 and I'm currently on Day 7. Im currently working on removing any expectations and resentment I've for women at the moment.
Like a lot of you guys, I used part a and got loads of resistance. I purchased DMSI in February and gave myself a couple weeks on DSMI 3.0.1A.
What I've done instead of running the program from March to December, is slowly integrate beliefs from the description of the program. Instead of backing away from the resistance i felt, I have to learnt from it and matched my mindset to that of the goals mentioned by Shannon.
So far I've integrated very nicely the part a goal of having a strong and positive self image, self esteem, self respect, sense of self worth, self liking, self love, self validation, deservingness, self support, self confidence.
Ive become really outgoing and happy with myself, with no more depression or suicidal thoughts for over a month. I've no desire to watch porn and wank any more. I'm no longer irritated or getting migraines from listening to 5+ loops.
If any you guys have any tips to boost the effectiveness of the script and remove resistance, I would love to hear it.
