On the positive side i felt euphoria around day 6 and conversations seem a little bit easier even though i never had issues in that area because i am very social. Last but not least i feel more awake. Like my focus is better
Its really hard to make solid judgment because its only first week and trades will be at 1-2 per day until 5th September. I was thinking to listen 7 loops from now on but i have to calculate if it is sustainable for the next 8 days or not
Yeah I am contemplating switching to seven but like you I don't know how sustainable it will be for the remainder of my run.
