I think it's worth it, unless you're getting where you'd like to be with DMSI. I'm not and I'd much rather clear what's in the way manually than hoping blindly that I'm taking the program's instructions and it's doing it for me.

Just a heads up though, once you start, it's like your own little personal hell that follows you for a time. That's been my experience thus far, but of course moments of contentness. Imagine the resistance you get from subs but it's just almost always there until enough is cleared. It's like that.

Funny enough, it's a lifestyle change. Julien directly addresses the "How long will this take" in the conclusion saying that it's a journey and to let go of any "end goal".

I'm kind of familiar with some of the stuff he's teaching, but not the way he's teaching it. For example, it's obvious he's familiar with chakras and how they affect the body. But he doesn't dive into that, at least not yet as far as I got. The program is simply based on if the concept that if you become aware of what's buried in your subconscious, accept it, allow it to go through you, then it will leave, and all the bad patterns and habits, and bad manifestations you kept on bringing in your life will stop, you will realize abundance, you will feel 10/10 without having to put out effort, and you this will cause your perception of life to change, and ultimately change you on a deep and permanent level. He says that the last two years of doing what he's teaching in this program beats the 8 years before his media scandal when he kept focusing on money and women in terms of transformation and progress.

I'm going to just be commenting on observations I make. If I don't mention DMSI specifically for a while, you can safely assume that nothing noticeable has happened.

I realized that I'm triggered by attractive girls who have nice legs or a nice ass. It causes a sensation of irritation and anxiety to go through my body. My chest feels heat and then I feel the temperature change throughout my body.

I'm also triggered at times when a girl says that some other guy is hot. And no it doesn't even have to be a girl I'm attracted to. I feel offended, then unappreciated, then belittled by the fact that they can talk about some guy being hot when I'm right there and not say anything about me. It's irritating because it's one of the two things I have specifically worked towards being described as "hot" and "sexy".

I have a decent road ahead of me for releasing these things, but I'll just stick to it.

In other news, the Ultraboosts are overhyped for comfort IMHO. I got mine and they weren't what I'd call a comfort shoe. They were stiffer than the Pureboosts, the cage was annoying on my right foot, and those shoes held a decent amount of heat even when indoors. That's ridiculous. I returned them and I'm going with the new Pureboosts. They're softer, which imo means comfortable (apparently a bunch of people have a preference for "stable" and "firm" as being comfortable), they have more breathability, and best of all there's no cage on them. Better comfort shoe to me. But I still would like to cop a pair of Uncaged UB Silvers! They look sick.

So far, every time I do one of the guided meditations I always tear up during it and I yawn a lot. I read that these are signs of things being released. The way Julien teaches it is to just let whatever comes up be experienced to let it go. He doesn't teach to aim at certain things which is the way I would have gone about it.

No major emotional responses so far. I feel that my subconscious is being resistant by only giving me small pieces at a time, but that's fine. It's getting cleared.

MNy trainer turns to me and says "Did you hear that?!"

I'm like "yeah. She's trying to make me jealous"

my trainer couldn't believe it. The balls on me.

I can tell that I'm definitely clearing more now than I have been. I know this because my urge to watch porn and masturbate has been INSANELY high for the past week. It's like I feel compelled to do it. It's crazy! A lot of the time though, yes it's my sex drive. Some times it's just boredom and my mind wonders sexually a lot. I now know without a doubt that porn and masturbation is being used by my subconscious as a coping mechanism.

I think the best thing for me to do moving forward is really summon willpower to avoid porn. And also to keep on clearing my subconscious. I'm working on it each day.

I'm legitimately curious how many versions Shannon thinks DMSI will take until final. I know earlier he said it'll be this year for sure which is great.

Ever since i started V3.1 i have stopped fapping, the very idea makes me cringe. Also since stopping im getting very hard just touching a girl. Its like im 14 years old again, even ugly chicks have gotten 2 points in my book. Just for this im grateful for V3.1
