Currently staying in a hostel in Prague, did not expect it to be this good. I was very anxious and tired from the start but I am getting used to the environment. I arranged a date for tomorrow with a Mexican chick I met here, it looks like it will be an excellent time. Also did one approach in daytime, but the girl didn't speak any English at all. She was very beautiful. Was a gorgeous blonde girl with blue eyes. I think I will enjoy my time here for god knows how long I plan to stay.

The sleep deprivation definitely makes things harder for me. I think I only got 6 hours and even that was fragmented. I remember Mathew Walker saying in his book "Why we sleep" that there is a correlation between sleep deprivation and high activity in the Amygdala. I am definitely more anxious, jittery and self-conscious of myself. Only adequate sleep will fix this.

The date with the Mexican didn't go ahead in the end and I didn't really care anyway. Instead I went out to a club with some friends I met at the hostel. At the club, I was already feeling fucked up from a lack of sleep so I wasn't in the mood to do any approaches, I just wanted to have one drink and get the fuck out. I told my friends that I have work tomorrow and I left shortly after, kinda feeling down and sad by the whole situation, really, I hate nightlife and the whole shebang that comes with it. I think that I will ditch that approach all together and focus on daygame. I have had much better success with that.

Again the sleep was very fragmented.. Ill be moving into a dorm with less people from tomorrow. The morning was terrible but I got through it somehow. Ill probably need to start running some loops again soon.

Met a Czech girl in a Coffee shop on Monday and I took her out on a date today. She was 7 years older than me. It was pretty amazing, because I didn't expect it to go this smoothly. We talked about business, spirituality and all sorts. We kissed like so many times it was unbelievable. I was a leader, and a mystery. Took her to 3 different places, first was the bar where we had dinner and first drinks, then another bar/club and finally a club with good music.

Unfortunately the logistics wasn't the best so I didn't manage to pull her. I walked her to her apartment and she happened to have a cat so I said "I would love to see your cat". She implicitly knew that I wanted to bang her but she told me that she's trying to obey some "golden rule". It was probably a shit test but I couldn't be asked anyway. I had like really intense blue balls from the night and it became rather painful lol. I thought fuck it.. just gonna head back home.

Day 117

I haven't been disciplined with the sub at all lately. The main issue with travelling is maintaining good habits. I moved out of the hostel now because I really couldn't focus. I need my own space to think and relax. Also I'm trying to figure out how to eat healthy and spend less money while traveling. Its so easy to burn through cash when your eating out everyday (which I have done so far! ?)
