No one says women need to be more like man in order to succeed. But, look at the women who are competing in sports at a professional level. Analyze their physique, their voice.
I don't think one needs to have a deep voice etc. and then she/he will become a Successful Entrepreneur. It's a consequence of what it takes to succeed. Of the confidence you gain. Like Ruffian said, it relative to each individual.
Are women competing in sports at a professional level successful entrepreneurs?
Competing in sports helps you in becoming a Successful Entrepreneur. Because you are used with what Real Competition means.
If I am looking at Females Tennis Players, YES, they are successful Entrepreneurs. Similar to other sports where the prizes are high and you (with the help of a team) have to manage the "business", to pay salaries etc. They are not doing everything, but they have the traits of a Successful Entrepreneur.
I gave this example of Women competing in sports at a professional level because this is what Success means to me. Yes, it's good to earn 10,000 dollars per month, but for me that doesn't mean Successful Entrepreneur. It's just a step. I target the Professional Business World, not something local, marginal.
If this BASE 5G targets the BEST of the Best, or something mediocre, it's up to Shannon to decide.
