Update: noticed I don't really have anxiety using public restrooms or hesitation when others are around. Also, that loophole resistance thing trying to get us to achieve the goal through paying for escorts etc is real. Found myself browsing and seeing what's available nearby that fits my schedule.

Unfortunately, the graying hair really is a problem. I didn't buy into it until this version. Even my damn arm-hair is starting to come in gray in spots.

Update : been listeding to as much of 3.2 A ultrasonic as I possibly can. It's making me pretty tired. What I'm also noticing is that I'm feeling really annoyed at people.

I don't have patience to be polite for no reason or to hear their nonsense and if their incompetent then I'm not afraid to let them know. I have a lot more confidence in myself and my abilities.

Had a dream where I was getting intimate with an Instagram model. Got pretty steamy. Also I notice the sub pushing me towards getting a massage or something

In terms of real life attention, nothing. And I'm still gaining too much fat.

Unless he just changed it, it says "DMSI v3+ journal" on my end.

Firstly, I'm feeling a big increase in confidence and more abundance mentality. Less neediness and less fear of letting go. More inclination to take risks.

Secondly, I think dmsi is causing the weight gain and grey hair. I have never run ulsm3 and this journal has always been titled dmsi 3+.

Okay, well let's see what my adjustments in 3.3 do to help you with this. I think the FRMv4 is going to make a huge difference with that.

I've been taking a break from dmsi for the past 2 weeks or so. I really want to start LTU 5, but I really can't justify spending $600 USD right now. Which kills me because it'll only be more expensive in the future

Bit the bullet and bought LTU. My wallet is hurting pretty badly. Hopefully $600 subs aren't going to be the norm going forward. Otherwise I'll only be able to get one every 2 years or so.

One last post to wrap up this journal.

I've been running DMSI from the very beginning taking almost no breaks and in many cases listening the maximum number or hour or more. I can't say that I've had any definitive evidence that the sub worked but I did notice a lot of internal attitude and confidence changes within myself.

For the past month I've been taking a serious break from DMSI for the first time and I noticed some major changes. Firstly I noticed that I slept better at night with less brain fog and more energy in general when I wasnt running the sub. Before running subs I used to dream almost every night, but once starting them that stopped almost immediately. During this break my dreams returned to me and I really had some strange dreams. Some related to a new job, some related to cancer and sickness and just a lot of dreams in general compared to while I was running the sub.

I can't really think of anything else I can attribute to the sub right now. I'll start an LTU journal soon. LTU was pretty expensive for me and really only purchased it because the price would only go up later on and I'd regret it. Spent good money on it so you can be damn sure I'm going to be running it as much as possible. I might jump back on DMSI in 6 months or so if some major developments are made
