Subliminals and languages

Hi

I would like to know what will happen if a subliminal is played in a language that the listener does not understand or is too young to understand (say a kid 5 years old)? Is it possible the effects still happen as the subconscious mind is infinite and also a gateway to the superconscious and hence understands all languages?
