Sub and phone speaker

As of right now I am only able to play USM on my phone with no external speaker or speaker attached. Will I still receive the benefits only using my phone speaker?

I use my subliminals on my crappy smart phone, with only the single mono speaker.  It works fine.  The use of stereo separation improves it, but it will work just fine without.
