Hi there . i don't know if this is covered by any other titles but my idea is this: I don't mean strengthen body in a muscle building /body building sense , but say if you had had a long illness and found your body in a weakened state and not able to walk as well say , then a sub to bring ones body back to its former strength without getting bulky . Then to continue strengthening without getting too bulky - More like strength with great tone , flexibility and agility. Many Thanks . I would be very pleased with such a title if it can be done . I know exercise is needed for this but a sub would surely help to speed things up greatly.
