Keep going, but add on the number of hours you missed one per day if possible, or if not, add as many nights as necessary to make it up.

Hey Shannon I was thinking about running through alpha again. I was wondering if I should wait or was the refreshing every year thing just a general guideline? I was also wondering if running through it now would be as rough as the first time or if it would be smoother.

For most people, running through alpha every six months (six months through, six months off, once per year) is going to be very beneficial for three or four years. I highly recommend it, as I am absolutely amazed at how much good it has done for me personally.

Generally, it gets smoother every time, but you'll still notice it;s forcing changes that aren't always easy. After three or four years, it'll be others telling you about your rough spots more than you noticing them yourself.

Alright cool. I'm gonna start again even though it's only been 3 months since finishing alpha. I figure no sense in waiting if I want to improve myself even more right now.

The thing I look forward to most about running through the entire 2 sets again in a few months is that there is more predictability with regards to what I should expect and feel...and it will only continue strengthening everything to be more natural and less I have to think/worry about.

But I assume there will be an extent to where the subliminals will 'plateau' of course I would assume it would take quite a few years running the same version for it to happen?

I recommend waiting four to six months before re-running it to allow your internal changes to finish and become set. Using the same set every year will eventually plateau, but that is a good thing, because it means you have become the goal result. It takes 3-4 years whether or not you use the same set.

Not sure if this was directed towards me or Ryan. In my experience my negative habits seemed to creep back up on me lately. I know the internal changes should set, but I feel like the opposite might be happening to me. I remember when I was on stage 5 or 6 I felt really good, but since then things kind of degraded. I usually go with my intuition when dealing with these kind of things, so that's why I figured starting again now would be better.

It would probably be better, mat, considering you aren't doing Sex Magnet which enhances alpha. If I wasn't doing sex magnet I would have started on alpha 2011 by now.

230 to 20kHz is low quality. You should be able to find 20 Hz to 20 kHz no sweat that's affordable.

I was replying to you and Ryan. If you think it would be a good idea, though, go for it. You seem to be on a different program than most people.
