I'm going to be testing for about a week internally. At that time testing will begin externally with version one owner. Then is when I'm planning on taking down the version 1 Sales page so that we don't have people buying version one so they can get their hands on version 2 after the official testing has begun. Part of the issue is that I need to keep the timing straight so that I have a constant to work with. Otherwise testing is not going to give me valid information.

The chaos that you see ensuing right now is generally why I haven't allowed open testing in the past. If you can't find a way to pay for it in time just be patient it will be there for you in the future. We still have to verify that the energy sourcing script works as designed and intended before I'm going to release this regardless. I may have to go back in and adjust it once or even twice.

Yes, I did not give a specific date because I was tired and wanted to think through how best to proceed.

You'll be able to test as a v1 owner regardless of when you bought it, but the v1 sales page will go offline when public testing begins so that I have a constant start time of exposure to work with. When public testing is done and v2 is released for sale, the sales page will go back up.
