With EPRHA 2.0 I'm wondering how much of an additional effect the healing aura would have on another person. Fixing ourselves has the potential to be very beneficial to those around us. I do a lot of volunteer work and I'm curious how this would work out.

I have a question I've been wondering about for months now. Since finishing SM3 in fact.

You know how I did on SM3...

And that you said fear is my issue for why the run went the way it did.

So, I'm wondering, if I remove the fear with OF5G, will that previous SM3 run then spring to life? Or, are all of those 3,610 hours lost forever?

I know you said the mind doesn't forget anything, so this has made me ponder my situation and if that run can still be salvaged. Or if, when something is resisted, it is eliminated or discarded by the mind somehow. The snowflake theory seems to say it's basically a tug of war between statements, so that implies that I CAN salvage the run after all with OF?

You see, I have an image of a beautiful garden in my mind, the garden being SM3. But it is surrounded by weeds, being fear. By removing all of the weeds, can the garden now be what it was supposed to be when it was built there in the middle of all of the weeds? Or is it ruined by the weeds, and needs to be fully replanted from scratch AFTER removing the weeds?

I hope my post makes sense so you can give a good answer. To be honest, I'm frustrated by the lack of success on SM3 and am hoping all of those hours can be salvaged somehow. Seeing Dzemoo and Guider doing so well makes me a bit jelly sure. But also makes me wonder if those hours I did can still work as intended somehow. So, seeing their journals, it's been on my mind more lately.

Obviously, I'm not sure how the process works. I would really appreciate a bit of help figuring that out. I think it'll either put my mind at ease that in a few months or less SM3 could really start firing up finally which would be the most incredible news I've heard in a long time. As currently, I'm frustrated that it seems I have to go all through OF5G long term, then rerun all of AM6, then rerun SM3 just to have a chance at SM3 working again, way way WAY down the road. Or...I'll finally have to accept the run was a fail and can move forward and stop thinking about it and how disappointed I've been about it. All depending on how the mind works.

i am primarly using roids because they improve my life quality just as your subs do, i simply feel and function better with them being like everyone else sucks/is boring

Steroids is a less severe problem, the problem is nowadays it is full of fake steroids which are way more dangerous than real steroids. I know cases of guys who are given fake steroids even from their friends so you can never be sure

And, are you sure that the steroids are not lowering the quality of your sperm? You may not be able to impregnate a woman one day, many bodybuilders can't

I don't know what are your 'sources' of information, you say steroids are not dangerous, but from what you have said you are taking them all the time with very little rest, they are not dangerous when taken 1-2 times (cycles per year) , and you take them all the time.I have taken more hormones than testosterone, but my rests are for 3-4 months, sometimes 1-2. Why are you using them all the time anyway, Maybe because after stopping you are losing the effects ? :}} This is how the danger starts. There is a condition in which the person is never satisfied with how big he is, and he always wants more, it is definitely a problem.Sounds like you are insecure with your 'bigness'. You are not a competitive bodybuilder after all, why taking test all the time?

yeah they are lowering my sperm quality which is indeed a good thing because otherwise i would definitly have a child now, if one day i want a child i simply cycle off and can impregnate a women after several weeks

i dont take test i take 4-5 compounds and switch them every 3-4 months, the past several years i did it like you 1-2 cycle per year but now i have decided to stay on for several years

and please dont use the word insecure just because someone is developing himself all the time he is not insecure otherwise everyone here is insecure about everything

steroids are less bad for health than animal protein/fat, tobacco alcohol and so on, sex is dangerous too, approaching is dangerous too, more poeple die drinving a car than using every drug that exists should we now stop drinvig cars...

In fact, doing a few cycles per year puts more stress on the body than a full 12 months cycle with bridges in between. Our bodies don't like this whole on/off/on/off sh*t.

I can't do script work or build work while I am sick, but I can gather concepts. Here is what is currently being considered for inclusion in the new version of the program - in addition to the script of the existing EHPRA:

1. Compassion for oneself.
   
2. Overcoming Fear
   
3. Immunity to guilt, shame and fear
   
4. Prevent resistance from sabotaging the use of the program
   
5. Self appreciation
   
6. Let go of and stop needing/seeking the approval of and permission of others for your healing.
   
7. Give yourself the approval and permission to heal that you need.
   
8. Give yourself approval and permission to live the life that allows you to heal, stay healthy, and makes you genuinely happy and healthy.
   
9. Overcome the victim mentality.
   
10. Deservedness for healing and being healthy.
    
11. Kill self pity.
    
12. Kill self sabotage
    
13. Physical, mental and emotional relaxation to benefit healing.
    
14. Positive thinking, positive attitude.
    
15. Neutralize internal negativity and make yourself immune to internal and external negativity.
    
16. Allow for happiness and healing through genuine gratitude and appreciation.
    
17. Make yourself worthy of your own self love, and allow you to be loving towards yourself.
    
18. Fill yourself with and radiate loving and healing energy, which seeks to heal mind and emotions.
    
19. Like yourself, and if necessary, make yourself deserving of self liking and adjust yourself to be someone you can like and love.
    
20. Generate and maintain hope.
    
21. Generate and allow all necessary self confidence for healing.
    
22. Transform anger into a positive that assists in healing not only the self, but the causes for the anger.
    
23. Self esteem enhancement
    
24. Let go of and heal whatever holds you back from healing and move on into a state of healing and health.
    
25. Mental, physical and emotional stress relief.

I would guess that if it fully heals you emotionally and you also have self appreciation that depression would have to go.

So I created A list of things I would like to see in LTU 4.0

1.Frame Control (Frame Situations as being in my favor, have the strongest frame in any social situation)

2. Self Acceptance (When you accept yourself people will accept you and you will be influential, this is one of the thing that separates Stephen Curry from Lebron and Kobe. The latter two might be greater basketball players but curry is more well liked because he accepts himself for how he is. He honed his strengths while managing his weaknesses while the other 2 work on their weaknesses and put their strengths in check)

3. State-Shifting

4. SOA

5. Max Speed

6. The permission and right to create, express and exist. ( Should be a staple in every new program)

7. Strong Willpower (Be able to break through resistance with ease in life)

8. Assertiveness Programming (This will help in interpersonal communications where people will take you more seriously. Passive Aggressive people don't know how to express themselves clearly and to the point while aggressive people just want to be rude and not let you speak. What's important is finding middle ground and this middle ground is assertiveness)

9. Positive Expectations (what you expect and believe will happen will most likely happen)

10. Faith and Belief in yourself and your abilities (You ever hear of the placebo effect and the double slit experiment? Well having faith in yourself will get you the positive effects of these discoveries. We now know that what we expect and perceive becomes our reality. Your perception of events creates the reality you live in)

11. Non-Neediness ( When you are needy you more likely to repel everything that you want because the universe agrees you don't have what you think you need. Also women don't like needy men, the only needy creatures that adore are children.)

12. Powerful personal presence and Strength ( A must in all the multi purpose self development titles I.E. AF, AM,SM, LTU, WM, BASE, Etc. When you have powerful presence you can bend people by the force of your will.)

13. Kill Excuses (This will help with reasons that your brain makes up to not get out of your comfort zone and not take action. One of the reasons we have excuses in the first place is because of out early upbringings where our parents told us not to do. Then that got ingrained into us as a “comfort zone” and since our subconscious wants to maintain homeostasis we make up excuses not to step out of it.)

14. Persistence and Perseverance (When you are persistent in life you are more likely to get what you want than a person who gives up on the first couple tries, it took Colonel Saunders 1,009 times of asking until he got someone to accept his “secret Recipe”. This character trait will vastly improve your life. This is what separates the haves from the have nots in society)

15. Life is good ( Whatever you perceive becomes your reality so if you perceive life as good then it will be good)

16. Self Sufficiency( We in America are in an epidemic of children who grow up to be adults and have no idea how to provide for themselves. What does this lead too? Well first it leads to children who are in their parents house still dependent on them after 23. Also a sense of entitlement of “I can live off my parents” instead of trying to get ahead. And the parents complain but secretly love having control over the child. When you are self sufficient you can carry yourself in life without being a leech or beggar in society.)


17. Manifest Opportunities to better your life. (Self-explanatory, whether it's a new job or a better paying one when you manifest these opportunities and take them your life will be in for a big tune up)

Hey Shannon, when I used EPRHA I felt in a way, very zen. But I didn't feel like myself. Consciously, I knew it. When I ran ASC along with some tapping I felt like I was closer to and unchained version of myself. Running EPRHA 2, will my core personality change or will I just be an unchained version of myself with no guilt, shame, fear, feeling emotionally tip top?

This is a good question. The way the script is currently designed, I am not sure how much it will affect others. But it might.

You never forget anything. But, to use your analogy, we must know how much growth the garden experienced to know what to find if and when we rip out the weeds.

When the weeds are gone, what you will find left is whatever growth the garden experienced, minus whatever growth it lost over time from having not reinforced the growth it got because of the influence of the weeds.

So yes, there is potential to salvage the effects of the run, but I'm not sure I would expect that it would suddenly spring out of you. The weeds (fear) may have sabotaged the growth very effectively, so the result would be that you are freed to grow after the weeds are removed, but the growth may not have taken place very much, and may have since been superseded by other instructions in the forefront. So you may, probably will, have to run it again after clearing out your fears.

But after thinking about it, I think perhaps running EHPRA 2.0 may also be a good idea for you, as it seems this is all the result of emotional damage or trauma caused by the females you experienced early in life. So my recommendation is, a month of OF5G and then a month of EHPRA 2.0, repeated until you think you can handle SM. Then run a month of AM6 refresher and then SM3 or 4, if it's out at the time.

Are you referring to Heisenberg the physicist?
