This was written during my "panic attack" after a few days I'm relaxed off the anxiety and wanted to ask if you have heard of this before and/or could it be the chemical shift?
So to be clear, this result would not be happening if it didn't work for you. If it didn't work for you, you would be experiencing the same exact thing that listening to silence would result in: no change. For you to be getting that response, it means the program is doing its job, but the tuning is incompatible with your unique circumstances. The result is that it is not achieving anxiety relief because of the tuning mismatch. Normally, if it is used by someone who is within the range it and the usage patterns are tuned for, which is the vast majority of people, it will produce the intended results. For people with unusual levels of emotional personality component, unusual levels of sensitivity, unusual levels of fear and/or unusual levels of trauma, it may be that the experience is only able to accomplish part of the job it's designed to do based on those usage patterns.
So: let us find the usage patterns that work for you!
First I note that this program's description does not appear to have a volume specified. For me to be able to help you, I need to know what you're playing it on, if you're using headphones and or earbuds, and what volume settings you're using, along with format you're using (Masked, Ultrasonic or Hybrid). Then I can find a way to adjust the usage patterns (tuning) for you to get the desired results.

I use this subliminals on my Surface Pro 9 at night on the defualt mircrosoft windows media player. Honestly I usually just play so I can hear it I'm guessing my surface volume between 40-60 (out of 100 and media player settings at 100). I do want to be clear I still have had some symptoms of the panic attack or whatever it was, it seems that I can't sleep when for awhile and my mind goes haywire prehaps stop listening at night and just listen in morning/day (stop few hours before bed)? I go to night school (Zoom) so perhaps play on slient during class?
So the short verison of the story is that I'm actually using UMS and I'm on Stage 2 (about to finish up) but I was starting to get alot of stress/anxiety but I still had that feeling it was working on stuff deep and I know alot of good stuff is happening both in inner and outer world so I want to keep with UMS (goal is for the entire year of 2024). So with the extra anxiety I thought my subconscious mind was telling me to expirement/test combining Anxiety Relief and UMS together (with the thinking of Anxiety will be blocking me from taking action). So I stopped ARA. Tonight with just using UMS I was in bed and couldn't sleep with some anxiety symptoms. However after doing some research on website I decided to try the free version of Stress Relief and with 15mis I feel like I'm ready for bed.
I was just thinking that I'm currently using hybrid of UMS I have 1 more day of stage 2 when I started stage 3 I think I'm going to move back to masked (like stage 1) and pay more attention to the volume I play. Goal is to be able to play at night and not disrupt my sleep.
