Hey Shannon,

I have a question/experience that Ben mentioned I should post to ask/tell you;

I've been trying to use Anxiety Relief multiple time but when I do I noticed on the 2-3 run (2days 2/ 4 loops playing on 2days off) while I try to sleep I actually start feel myself go into a mild panic attack and can't sleep where I get stomach issues, nausea, trembling(shakes), chills and worries unwanted energy where I cant sleep and I start to worry about random things. Muscle tension this actually has been on/off throughout the year. I just wanted to know if anybody else gets this is apart of becoming "aware" in order to work through or should I drop Anxiety Relief and go for Life Tune Up or another program to help me work through things; I've been in therapy weekly since april to try to figure out emotional health. On side a note I was playing Anxiety Relief the last hour with those symptoms decided to turn off the program and wrote this email and with in 5 mintues already feel less of a "panic attack". Just writing to see what other people. I think I might use stop using it and place it in the subliminal pile that doen't work for me.

This was written during my "panic attack" after a few days I'm relaxed off the anxiety and wanted to ask if you have heard of this before and/or could it be the chemical shift?

So to be clear, this result would not be happening if it didn't work for you.  If it didn't work for you, you would be experiencing the same exact thing that listening to silence would result in: no change.  For you to be getting that response, it means the program is doing its job, but the tuning is incompatible with your unique circumstances.  The result is that it is not achieving anxiety relief because of the tuning mismatch.  Normally, if it is used by someone who is within the range it and the usage patterns are tuned for, which is the vast majority of people, it will produce the intended results.  For people with unusual levels of emotional personality component, unusual levels of sensitivity, unusual levels of fear and/or unusual levels of trauma, it may be that the experience is only able to accomplish part of the job it's designed to do based on those usage patterns.

So: let us find the usage patterns that work for you!

First I note that this program's description does not appear to have a volume specified.  For me to be able to help you, I need to know what you're playing it on, if you're using headphones and or earbuds, and what volume settings you're using, along with format you're using (Masked, Ultrasonic or Hybrid).  Then I can find a way to adjust the usage patterns (tuning) for you to get the desired results.

I use this subliminals on my Surface Pro 9 at night on the defualt mircrosoft windows media player. Honestly I usually just play so I can hear it I'm guessing my surface volume between 40-60 (out of 100 and media player settings at 100). I do want to be clear I still have had some symptoms of the panic attack or whatever it was, it seems that I can't sleep when for awhile and my mind goes haywire prehaps stop listening at night and just listen in morning/day (stop few hours before bed)? I go to night school (Zoom) so perhaps play on slient during class?

So the short verison of the story is that I'm actually using UMS and I'm on Stage 2 (about to finish up) but I was starting to get alot of stress/anxiety but I still had that feeling it was working on stuff deep and I know alot of good stuff is happening both in inner and outer world so I want to keep with UMS (goal is for the entire year of 2024). So with the extra anxiety I thought my subconscious mind was telling me to expirement/test combining Anxiety Relief and UMS together (with the thinking of Anxiety will be blocking me from taking action). So I stopped ARA. Tonight with just using UMS I was in bed and couldn't sleep with some anxiety symptoms. However after doing some research on website I decided to try the free version of Stress Relief and with 15mis I feel like I'm ready for bed.

I was just thinking that I'm currently using hybrid of UMS I have 1 more day of stage 2 when I started stage 3 I think I'm going to move back to masked (like stage 1) and pay more attention to the volume I play. Goal is to be able to play at night and not disrupt my sleep.

Where do you think X4A got them from?  DMSI has had them for as long as I can remember.

So I see some serious issues here, and they should not be surprising.  Unless you're playing these programs on your cell phone, through the speakers, at the specified volume, I have no way of knowing what volume you're actually getting, and it may be too high or too low.  So you're not using it properly.

And then, you're mixing multiple programs together when that is specifically a no-no for anything 5G or later.  That can cause all kinds of undesirable effects and unexpected issues.  

So the simple solution is...

Switch to using UMS only, and use it through your cell phone at the specified volumes.  And, use ultrasonic format.  

• You don't need to hear ultrasonic format consciously.  Insisting on that will overload your subconscious, because it will be significantly too loud.  Pushing too hard with ARA can result in conscious anxiety, just as not pushing hard enough can.  I calclulate the usage patterns to hit the sweet spot where it works well for most people.
  
• Using anything but your cell phone makes it impossible to direct you in how to properly set the volume.  A laptop has physical and software volume controls, and I cannot know how you have them set, or where to set them.  It also uses speakers that have a different volume range than a cell phone, and if you add in headphones or earbuds, then you may be adding a third layer of volume adjustment.  We can only get the right volumes if there is one volume adjustment, and that is only possible on a cell phone through the speakers.
  
• Using multiple programs at once will cause all kinds of issues subconsciously, as each program is designed to access and use all of every possible resource to achieve it's goals.  Each subliminal in 5G or later is also designed to have multiple sub-goals which all work towards achieving a single main goal.  The result is going to be overload, confusion, exhaustion and/or unexpected and very possibly unwanted results.
  

Make these corrections, and do not use the programs on anything but a cell phone through the speakers, or use more than one title at a time.

I was just curious since there are programs, such as X4A-1000, that seemed to work well for people but won't be on sale since they've been upgraded.  I'm still trying to get MM to work for me so I won't be trying anything else for months down the road anyway.

Thank You very much Shannon; I'm using UMS on iPhone 13 with VLC player specially UMS Stage 3 Ocean Track Masked FLAC played on 5 5 clicks (out of 17). Played 2 back to back loops while working/studying.
