on my customer downloads page I still see a listing for UMS stage 4 even though I finished streaming it months ago. I am thinking of possibly redoing the whole set again so just thought i'd let you know.

@Shannon is there a possibility auto-config to be adjusting again and again?

I am listening to OGSF. I went from the base listening pattern to 4-4-4-4-0-0-0-0 to 3-4-4-3-1-1-0-0 as I felt compelled to. After adjusting I felt it was working better for me.

The last few days it has been tough to coop in the day and its because of the program bringing emotions to the surface. During a shower I had the thought if I should change the pattern and after that thought a new listening pattern "came up" 3-3-3-3-1-0-0-0 .

I am making this question as I am trying to understand if it might be my subconscious being scared or tired and trying to sabotage what is bothering it.

Between OGSF's effects, and the weird stuff going on in my life outside my control and the exhaustion that results from all this, I'm having trouble keeping up with everything. I know some of you are awaiting responses from me, and I appreciate your patience in this case. I'm going as fast as I am able to get to everything.

I wanted to update this because my friend told me this morning she stopped using the sub a few days ago because she felt like it began to have the opposite effect as intended by the sub.  She said she wasnt sure if this was just in her head or what but thats how it felt.  She said the progression was the sub worked great for a few months then the shield seemed to fade away and people with toxic energy seemed to be targeting her and getting to her even easier than they previously could.

There are only a small number things I can think of that may have happened.

Option #1: Her subconscious is getting bored with DRS.  How was she using it?

Option #2: She may have simply become subconsciously exhausted by using it as much/as many loops/as frequently/as loudly as she did.  Again, usage needs to be determined.

Option #3: She may have been overwhelmed by those who do this to her by sheer numbers.

Option #4: Some part of her actually wants to receive this treatment because it believes that this treatment is what she deserves.

I believe that boredom or exhaustion is by far the most likely, and feeling like she deserves it is by far the least likely, since that would probably have been disrupted far before 3 months.

I will need to know how she used it before I can say more.

She says she ran the ultrasonic sub three loops every night while sleeping.  Volume approximately 75% on iPhone 12.  She stopped using the sub once she was certain her subconscious was no longer executing it which was a little over a week ago.  She would like to continue using the sub if there is a way to make her subconscious execute like it did initially.  Thanks for your help Shannon.

To build off the other OGSF posts, OGSF makes me feel tired, irritated, and mostly unmotivated. With that being said, should I try to fight these feelings and try pushing through it or should I just let it be?

@Shannon I'm on OGSF. I will have an operation-surgery (hernia-laparoscopic) in a few weeks. If I calculated correctly this operation will be at 2nd day ON of listening.

I don't know how I will be after the surgery but should I just take a break before or just on the day of the operation?

That can be part of the process with these programs, or any kind of internal work.

Basically it's working on shifting your beliefs and that can stir up discomfort. You can see it as you're in a dark room with a flashlight shining it on 'this specific insecurity/trauma/belief/etc' and as that's happening it seems more obvious and can cause some upheaval. Shannon has worked to minimize this, but it won't always be comfortable.

Sometimes it's good to just let it be there, and allow yourself to feel it. Whether to push through it or not depends on if you want to do that thing, like even if i'm feeling lazy or whatever i'm so in the habit of it i'll do my workout anyway, it doesn't have to stop you.

You could also open a document or write and explore what's going on, maybe "what am I resisting?" or "what am I fearing?" in this context or whatever question you think is appropriate, and keep digging deeper until you have a realization.

@Shannon Are you thinking of rebuilding MLS before 6G?

Also if I wanted to rerun OGSF after I’ve finished with my current run how long would you recommend I wait? I’m currently debating between 1-3 months of MLS/OF/LTU or 3-5 months of UMS. Is there a certain optimal threshold of time someone should reach before re-running a sub? Does that threshold change if someone were to run nothing?

Hey people, did anyone experience higher metabolism of body fat while on LTU, or UH....I am not doing anything in particular regarding physical activity than usual, but in the past 6 months (last 3 months of LTU and 3 months of UH till the present) I have lost around 10 kg and I would say most of that was fat , my muscles (not a bodybuilder) are definitely more defined.
Although I do eat the usual amount of meals, I just watch what I eat, since LTU I eat a lot less of junk food.

Probably it is the combination of eating healthier and resolving emotional problems with LTU and UH (emotions among other toxins get stored in fat) that led to fat burning.

@Shannon , recently It came to my mind I would like to start using again BWE, I am currently on UH, so, my question is, can I listen while on the off days, or can I listen at all while on UH?
