Substitute 3.1.1 for the remainder, take 2 days off and start 3.1.1, should have already taken the days off (knowing this was coming)? Just do something, note your decision, and get on with it.

Why would you advise that when the ASRB2 is 7:3 for 3.3.1-D?

Either finish your current cycle and take 2 days off, or take 2 days off and then start 3.3.1-D.

I guess it should be as short as possible but I wonder how many seconds the break is allowed to be when listening back-to-back, because I noticed that most players have a little lag when switching to the next track. If it's more than a few seconds it should actually be able to change the listening device/speakers/headphones

I have never seen any player lag by seconds when switching. I have a crappy phone that lags like crazy, too. Don't worry about it. Just do the best you have available.

By the way, I'm using VLC. No lag that I can see. On a shitty Galaxy J3 Prime. Serious lag elsewhere. I mean like I swipe to unlock the screen and sometimes it will time out before the keyboard comes up for entering the password, and the screen goes blank again.

3.3.1-D has FRM 4.4, which optimizes the script of 4.1 and adds three new concepts to the mix. The total result should be that:

A) Sleep is now uninterrupted and fully refreshing.
B) The overall ease of and effectiveness of the fear removal process is much improved. The process should not be scary anymore.
C) The process should be significantly faster.
D) The FRM should be much more powerful towards and capable of achieving it's goals.

You might not have specifically delved into this but what will be different about USLM4 other than FRM 4.4? You said that there would be other signicant upgrades that would make it a big step up from USLM3.

Banned back in January, but not reinstated. Tbh I noticed the difference.
