I am running AMS 5.0 which I believe is 4G. I have seen another product Overcoming Fear which is 4G/Type B

With them both being 4G does this mean I can use AMS 5.0 and Overcoming Fear together ?

Yes - but only after Stage 3 is completed. Version 6 has OGSF in every stage, but it was required that I make some adjustments to put it in before that. So wait until at least stage 4 to use OF or OGSF with Version 5 of the program.
