- Trouble falling asleep
- Difficulties staying asleep
- Becoming afraid of the dark
- Being afraid to go to sleep
- Waking up with mild to high levels of anxiety during the night
- More nightmares than usual
- Became more sensitive to external sounds/noises
Why has this begun to suddenly happen now? Sleep has never been an issue for me before. I can't express how frustrating this is.
I've decided to stop using LTU6 and instead try the sleep tranquilizer for 1-2 weeks.
Can't help but think could this be a sneaky mind tactic to make me avoid using subs altogether? It certainly feels that way.
I would say that instead of quitting LTUv6, you might want to supplement with OF 5.75G. Or switch to OF 5.75G, since those symptoms obviously mean you're dealing with fear in response to LTUv6. Tranquilizer B won't be the solution you're hoping for, most likely. But giving up on LTUv6 isn't how you achieve your goals.
