SM and WM

Hi, I have read some journals and I have this question:

Has anybody gotten results from listening SM or WM without listening previously AM?

Everyone who has tried has gotten results, and then decided to follow the instructions before they finished because either they could not handle the results (did not have the required base upon which those results must be built to be what they are intended to be) or because they realized that they were wasting time not following directions and they came to understand why I say to do AM first.

Don't do it. Follow instructions.
