Here is a summary of my first week using SARM : it is FREAKING UNBELIEVABLE   !!

No, I didn't tell her about SARM. But I intend to tell her in the future and expose her if sh's okay with it.
For the volume, I was at 80-85% of the maximum on an iphone + Airpods pro listening to the ultrasonic FLAC sub.

1. Stop using ultrasonics with earbuds.  It's too easy to unintentionally over or undervolume the output.  Potentially damaging to your ears.
2. 80-85% volume is too loud for earbuds and earphones, and you don't know that because of the fact that ultrasonic is effectively silent to conscious hearing.  That volume with ultrasonic can cause problems with tinnitus.

I don't know the right volume to use for earbuds, but if you want it that loud, then use the phone's speakers.  We don't want you to have any issues from this.
