Regarding earplug

Hello there,

When I sleep, i'm used to put earplug in my ears, the one in wax that reduce sound by 27 decibels, because I live in a street where there is a lot of noise the night!

So last night I tried to listen to one of your sub and I couldn't get to sleep without my earplug!

My question is : Can I use the ultrasonic subliminal with them by putting the volume up with the stream version first until I ear it with the earplug, and then putting on the ultrasonic one?

Will it do effect?
Will it damage my ears?

It is not recommended to use ultrasonic on earplugs. The volume can change and you wont be able to tell if its too quiet, becomming inneffective or too loud

How can the volume change if I don't touch it and play the same sub in loop?

But yeah I get what you are saying, it's just that it's going to be hard for me to sleep without them with the noise from the street !

Well not in few days since it was PE during the night.

Maybe I should try with a more direct one for 2-3 nights like the free confidence boost and see how I feel in the morning!
