I'm very much guessing that this sort of subliminal is out of the question? Meaning to have just one subliminal and you could manifest one thing at a time, like if I would like to manifest $1000 dollars (perhaps before some due date) and then after that's done, manifest a tricycle for the little uncle.
Firstly, manifestation is a tool, and a serious one. You may laugh at some of the attraction titles I have put up, but they're only up because I know they will work for the majority of the people who use them properly, and someone, at some time, asked for them. You don't want to be playing with it for doing things like manifesting a tricycle for the little uncle. (Shouldn't that be cousin?) Those who play with real power as a toy are going to eventually end up regretting it. Please take it seriously and treat it with respect due a powerful tool.
Secondly, I could try to create such a subliminal, but in order to allow you to manifest different things each time it was used, it would probably have to be worded in such a way as to make the results wildly unpredictable at best, and therefore of questionable safety. I will not build something I do not believe is completely safe to use.
