Day 4, T-Minus 177 days under end,

I realize that my work-related benefits were, if you will, 'Level 1' fears.
I ran errands today and came across a few pairs of good looking women, and froze up.
Having the same old patterns in my mind. No worries, this i just the start.

Same. Some of my fears are better but not the more deeper ones.
