I'm much indebted to Shannon for creating this program. I will endeavour to relate what's been going on in my life recently without entering into particulars:

- I've been going through thorough emotional and mental healing, the sub is affecting the core of my energy-body
- I've come upon a very instructive book by Brian Johnson 'Activate Your Heroic Potential' that helps med create a new path in my life, a path of diligent, industrious, productive, energetic, conscientious, zealous, assiduous and sedulous person making dreams come true
- I've been zealously and earnestly decluttering my home, getting rid of mess and disorder
