Cycle 5 - Complete
ASRB2: 7:5
So the insulin experiment was less successful than I hoped. I'm still not back to the full regime, but I do occasionally need to take some depending on what I eat and when. Still, that's an improvement.
My shoulders are rehabbing gradually. I have a little more range of motion now than I had two months ago. More soreness, though.
Some heavy fatigue days/nights during this rest period. This is a clear pattern - some disrupted sleep during listening days, fatigue during rest days.
Halfway through this run. Looking at the calendar, I'll finish this run mid-December. Current instinct is to take a couple of weeks break and start a new run January 1. My next cardiologist appointment in is January, so starting a new run just prior and continuing it from there feels like a good idea.
