We're adding more support venues as we'd like to maximize your experience with us. We also have a new phone support number which will appear on your receipts soon (already appears on PayPal receipts).
So far, whenever a support rep they will be available for live chat on :
Facebook Chat (indigomindlabs)
Google Chat (indigomindlabs gmail)
Live Chat via our store (should see this pop up on our support page within the next few days)
All live & phone support options are available as-is. At this time we can't guarantee specific hours but we're usually available between 9-5 Pacific Standard Time. If you can't reach us just leave a message or send us an e-mail via our contact form.
Here's also some passive support we're working to get live soon, which Ben and I could certainly use your help on. As usual if you impress me with your contribution we'll send a gift certificate your way!
