I would suggest turning down the volume and reducing hours of usage. Perhaps it is too much to handle all at once. Don't stop though, at least not unless it persists since it has been only one day.
If you are using ultrasonic, you can use the Frequensee app to measure the volume. Between -40db and -60db should work fine. Some people tend to unknowingly leave it too high as the ultrasonic track is much louder than masked at the same volume level.
