In your last paragraph you should try to not approach women. You can get women to approach you so you don't need to think about saying anything. Look into Cory skyy's stuff and Brent Smith's stuff. They are big on visualizations, stories, and affirmations.
The grouding you are doing is very good for you to mentally balance yourself within your body and mind but also know that it's all in the eyes.
