That is still a struggle for me, the whole assuming or expecting the best, that things will work out. Like with that girl I could have asked the guy that sat next to her to swap with me and started talking to her. But then I think 'what if she's not interested, I've just gone and stuck myself in a situation I can't get out of'.
Going out to one of my favourite bars for meeting people tonight with a friend I haven't seen in ages so I'm looking forward to that.
