Yeah the meditation is recorded but you choose which belief to remove and which to install, there's no suggestions of what to choose.

Also how do we know what volume to play teh ultrasonics at? I set the volume to a comfortable level with the masked version then used the same volume for the ultrasonic version figuring you probably recorded at similar volumes?
