Hello im new to subliminals. i have used ASC and had some pretty good results so idecided to buy MHS as i have a few health issues. Has anyone had much success using MHS. if so how was your was your routine of using it how many hours a day and for how long in total. Cheers

Hi, Jamie!  Welcome aboard.  

I use MHS periodically.  I really need to use it for 6 to 12 months, but in my position as lead product tester, I can't do that.

I get great results from it.  It's the only thing I have that helps my lungs heal.  (I suspect they've been damaged by the chemotherapy I had in 1997.)  I use it according to the instructions, and so should you.

Just remember, healing flesh, even at maximum speed, is a slow process for the body to do.  It can take several months to heal certain types of issues.  Just follow the instructions and be patient.

Ive injured myself at work. Ive dislocated my right shoulder. going for MRI tomorrow possibly need surgery (which im dreading) if ive done damage to ligaments and tendons and stuff like that. Should MHS help with stuff like this and should i use it everyday until i start to feel better to stick to the instructions of 5 days on 3 days off. Regards jamie

I have seen earlier versions of MHS help heal ligaments and even cartilage.  So it should help.  But always follow the instructions.  I know you want to use it all the time, but the time off is important, because otherwise your body can't keep up and you'll be overloaded, which will use up all your energy until you eventually become exhausted, and maybe even can't stay awake.  It takes a lot of energy to heal flesh, and the instructions are there for a good reason.

Also... use the damaged parts as little as possible, because using them can un-do the healing.
