Been thinking a lot lately about success. The last few years I've been successful in my career, but my thinking about success isn't about me. It's how do I get other people to be successful? How do I get the people that work for me to be better and to get them to be successful and take the next step. This has been a big step for me as I was always more selfish when it comes to how I'll continue to move up in my career.
