dancing for dummies

i would want to request something related to learning how to dance(any dance) at fastest and effortless ways possible --- which includes perfect muscle isolation(I am really having trouble with this) and body coordination. please include something that enhances creativity(so the user can make his or her own unique steps instantly without much effort). That's all I want for Xmas.:angel: a little knowhow on the dance floor would also be an add on factor.

That would be a good one. There is a lot of intimidation when it comes to social dancing (any type of dance whether its ballroom, salsa, two step and so on). Beginners definitely get put off when they see others on the dancefloor showing their stuff, due to lack of experience and most importantly, confidence. So once again, overall confidence would be a good point and confidence when it comes to dancing (and learning the moves at a fast pace) would be areas that would need the most focus.
As a secondary focus, it would pertain to exercise (to build stamina), good eating habits.
Primary:
1. Confidence on the dancefloor... when one feels confident, (s)he will have loose muscles, not tensed up. Not letting /allowing others on the dancefloor to cause intimidation.
2.Social anxiety / confidence: ability to socialize with others while dancing, etc.
3. Increased ability to learn new dance moves and implement them while dancing.
Secondary:
1. Exercise to improve stamina
2. Eating habits (eat the right foods!)
3. Social interaction: increased ability to socialize while dancing
