Hi all! I'm not sure if this is the best place to ask.
I was wondering what would be best sub for my situation. I have some phobias (agoraphobia, emetophobia (fear of others being sick or myself being nauseated or voming in public), and social anxiety) that need to be addressed and are pretty severe and prevent me from living a normal life. I have been avoiding a lot of things that I need to do due to the fear and panic. I also have had a lot of trauma.
My biggest focus right now is clearing the fears (I want to make it to my son's graduation this coming spring) and I was wondering if it was best to start with Emotional Pain Relief & Healing Aid 2.0 or would Overcoming Fear be the best to start with?
