My first time using any of the subliminals here so I thought I'd journal my progress for my own sake and also for anyone else to offer advice on things I may be doing wrong. I have used subliminals in the past both paid and free but found myself in a rut and wanted to try them from a new source.
My Background. Around this time last year life was good, I was training, I'd gone part time to focus on my self employment business, I was working hard and loving life. Around February however I injured myself, the doctors referred me for urgent surgery meaning I was due to have the surgery within a month. The injury wasn't life threatening at the time, but caused a lot of pain and had the potential to be life threatening at any moment. Then Covid hit and all surgeries were cancelled indefinitely.
The one month wait for surgery turned into a 9 month wait, in November I was called and told that my surgery would be in 2 weeks. This was probably the worst 2 weeks of my life because I was so desperate for the surgery and every day I would wake up to news about Covid spreading, I was terrified that it would get to a point where they had to cancel all surgeries again (amazingly they did stop all surgeries again but not until a couple days after I'd had mine done).
Everything stopped during that wait however, I was in no position to train, too much pain and anxiety to work on self employment and previous addictions that had taken hold of me were beginning to creep back in (Opiates and Porn).
My mental health took a serious battering.
It's now 2 months post surgery and I still feel like i'm trapped in that bad mindset. I was trying to decide which program to buy and focus on and it came down to Life Tune Up or Alpha Male, I decided to go with Life Tune Up because Alpha Male seemed strongly focused on attracting women which isn't something I particularly care about.
Currently on Day 2. My dreams have been absolutely crazy, i've never had such vivid dreams before in my life and they all seem to be about escaping or running away from things. My body is also producing an ungodly amount of phlegm, i'm constantly having to clear my throat although this might just be a coincidence and perhaps i'm catching a cold.
One huge positive, this is the first morning in months where I haven't had to rely on any of my addictions and instead just went for a long walk, actually starting to physically recover my body post surgery.
I'm listening for the majority of the day, Hybrid while awake and masked while asleep. I tried using as directed but within half hour of turning it off I was legit craving it, very strange feeling, I assumed that listening more couldn't hurt but let me know if I'm wrong.
I think LTUv6 is a much better choice for you than AM6.
More dreams indicates you are processing and working through what the program is directing your subconscious to do. More phlegm is most likely the detox module working to flush the toxins out of your body. A big part of having a better life is getting rid of the toxins in you that are degrading your energy, focus, performance and abilities. Depending on specifics, different people have different responses to the detox module.
LTUv6 is also going to be good for dealing with those things that motivate the desire to seek addiction and perpetuate addiction. That should cause the addictions to stop over time, depending on certain factors.
Craving more use of the sub means that your subconscious recognizes that for the program to work it needs more exposure. That is a result of the AutoConfig module. I try to figure out the best point for the majority of people to start off, and many will do just fine following the instructions without change, but some people may need different amounts of exposure, different formats, different volumes. The AutoConfig module is designed such that whenever you need a different usage pattern than the instructions, your own subconscious mind will determine what that is and then guide you to do that. So whenever you crave more loops, or whatever, go ahead and do it.
And by all means, keep a journal, so when you're finished you can read through it and see just how much has changed.
Best wishes.
