For how many days do you guys run the sub before taking 2 nights/days off?

For me, this is an initial test (that I've actually wanted to do since my AM days, but I was too scared of missing out then). So my parameters are just an initial guess: I'm taking Friday and Saturday nights off, weekly, for a couple of weeks and see how I like it.
