, I enjoyed reading
some areas of your life seems like mine. Helicopter parenting and other stuffs has a place in my life too, I think there is no need to a piece of that, I am also in a high status college in my counrty, with a good job, electronical engineering, but I see A LOT of succesfull in life type people who have no college degree or a helicopter parents saving them from "imaginery dangers". What I see is A LOT OF un-social, not-talkative, loser , beta guys moving around with a smile on their face and a high pass degree in their hands . I believed so long that my parents are giving all their efforts to make me strong, happy and succesfull man in life, but as I get older things showed up with harsh truth, I don't know anybody who has a good college degree (in my country you have to work and pass hard exams to get in colleges) and also has strong realtionships with people, women, has leadership abilities, and self-respect etc. this is not selective perception,
of course I cant know what it really going on in your life, just wanted to share my ideas because I will also use OF and you got some similarity with my past. Keep posting with this format please it is good to follow.
