Quick update, i put 4 in pokies got 11 back nothing exciting but was down to last 10 cents so that was good tonight.
I bought 2 shirts from a store in london online, got delivery amazingly fast considering was ordered around midnight my time in aus on a friday and monday morning it had arrived, never had mail arrive that fast from overseas.
Of the 2 shirts one shirt was the wrong one, anyway i let them know and they checked into it and said would send me the shirt out they didnt send, and i had replied happy for such great service and asked if they would like me to return the current shirt that was sent by mistake, they said no as it would be costly for me to keep the shirt it was a 70 dollar shirt so i now have 3 shirts well when the 3rd one arrives for the price of 2.
Thought thats worth mentioning.
So for things that have happened recently, won a poker game for first time 135 plus 50 dollar pub voucher, got 3 free items in 4 days at the same pub we swipe our card there a loyalty thing and once every couple weeks get a free coffee and cake or free drink voucher, i had a free drink, a free coffee and cake, and i got a free breakfast too for sunday which is about 15 bucks buffet breakfast.
Then the shirt been told i can keep at $70 value.
Its good business to do that but they could also of easily sent the postage packaging in the new shipment and returned it to them instead allowed me to keep the shirt so i take it as ums helping there too.
The headache this morning was after 1 loop hybrid with headphones and had planned for 4 loops ultrasonic but stopped at loop 3 10 minutes in because headache got so bad, took some nurofen and went to sleep woke up good today.
No dreams and motivation to get stuck into my work yet but the headache being first time ever from a subliminal shows its atleast starting to affect me.
Taking next 3 days off will run loops on friday again will try 1 loop hybrid and 2 ultrasonics and see if the headache doesnt happen.
