I think you should try this experiment.
If UMS is getting though and your subconscious is hearing it, then the only thing left is to execute. If you are very strong willed and resisting it, then execution will only happen during the bloom. And if you aren't hearing it, then no execution will take place during the bloom. So...
take 7 days off and see what happens.
