You disqualified yourself for a refund by not following the refund policy. I even bent the rules to allow you to remain eligible when you shouldn't have been while I was trying to help you get results. You chose to not use the program for 10 days, and that isn't how to follow the instructions.
A huge part of your problem is that you don't take personal responsibility well. When you overcome that, I believe your procrastination issues will fade away. And to have UMOP2 fail, you had to refuse to execute that part of the script.
You say you've been using my subs for 3 years with no results. That also is your choice - not only in that you subconsciously chose to not get execute the instructions to get those results, and you more than a few times consciously chose to enable that and empower it, and you kept going when you weren't getting results.
And you kept going not because you wanted the results, or because you hoped that you would eventually get them, but in large part at least because you find it a convenient scapegoat to use something that doesn't work for you, blame it for your lack of success, and then repeat the process so you don't have to actually achieve the results. Or take responsibility for that!
You need to start being honest with yourself, and take personal responsibility. When you do, you'll get the results you say you want. Until then, you will get the results you actually want, which is what you have.
So don't try to frame it as me somehow being a dick and not giving you a refund arbitrarily. You more than earned that refund disqualification.
