Today is Day 89 of UMOP in total (UMOP + UMOP2) & Day 32 of the New UMOP2 (-10 days missed) = 88:31 (-10 = 79:22)

Yesterday I was productive.
I had to sit down and focus on working at my meal plans for breakfast which I did. Meals around 50 sent to me by my online personal trainer.
I then emailed him. I took frequent breaks. I then got started on looking at lunch and did a little then stopped.
I also managed to email my therapist for rehab I have to do too.
I said no to family when disturbed and told them I'm focused on me and need to get shit done but to their credit they hardly disturbed me either.
I got into the zone.

I woke remembering a little of a dream I had. I honestly don't recall alot now except I was in the marvel infinity war movie. I know bizarre.
Today I haven't been productive in the slightest due to waking and being invited out for a pre-xmas meal.
My online personal trainer emailed me and was pleased I had started to make plans and move forward.
Tomorrow is my day of rest and my 90th day.
