Thanks yeah I think people are assuming that im obsessing since im giving daily updates.
ill explain to you and anyone else reading:
1) Im literally not obsessing over this subliminal, especially as its not 1 I had my heart on choosing but chose based on advice. I was more than happy to wait for UMOP3 but I know this could and should help clear my deeper issues so its not 1 im so excited about but 1 im willing to try in the hope I execute in which case I may remain on it for the full 8months.
2) Im also not obsessing as I unsure what to expect if or when I do execute, im literally just hitting play and sleeping.
3) The feedback is to help Shannon too, positive or negative, I want him to get as much out of me listening as he possibly can since it can only help me and others going forward.
Of course due to shannon's advice im listening based on his 13/14 volume and app. This advice/instructions from him is probably why im more relaxed as well. Also Based on others advices, im now going to be turning my phone to flight mode and im changing the way I give reports as well as using FrequenSee to test it last night which reminds me I need to share that so I will at the end.
However I get you in that I may not be aware of any changes until later so ill just continue going with the flow but of course add any data of value should any pop up.

So I used frequenSee app and at my pillow there was a peak around 17-18kHz and the peak reached -30dB.
