Also u said that when u start writing the essay then u felt good. It's just the start u hate. I guess u must push urself a little bit in that area. I have the same thing in MHS-5.5G

6months oh man I cant wait either I as you know will be going home back to UK soon for xmas holidays so will have to use my s4 phone to play MLS from there so it may mean I have to listen for longer than 6months but anyway 6months I hope is a big turning point for me.

started again in november so 6months I think will be around: May - my exam time, if by then I dont have it working ill be stuck for sure haha

Yes thats it the start!!! I have to youre right but so hard

I also seem to then top feeling motivated to do anything, im not depressed but lack the motivation at times and then there are days when im motivated but to do fun things.

I lack discipline too, not sure if MLS will fix that but I def lack discipline to follow a plan that I set. I have all my classes scheduled and yet even then I dont follow it.

I seem to move daily based on my mood and emotions at that time, rather than what is wiser.

I think I need to fix my sleep as always, then fix up and start making daily plans of action and do those.

Is 6months really the time to wait or can this kick in by the 3rd month maybe?

Day 31 update - 1st Dec 2017 (30days +1) (-1 for breakage in listening. Total so far: -4 days)

So basically I didnt get to play all the loops lastnight.

I heard noises wondered if someone was trying to break in so stopped the player on my phone and then must have fallen asleep without replaying.

Nothing else to note except that I hope today ill play it all through at night.

Day 33 update - 3rd Dec 3017 (30+3)

Yesterday a friend came over to study, we didnt do much, maybe 2hrs only.

We spent most of the time talking.

I was exhausted. I know that i MUST change my sleep and diet to become more energetic and productive.

The 2hrs or 1 hr that we did study was good but it was due to him being here in my case.

Anyway after he went I became almost obsessive with researching online for goal setting and stuff related to it, as in videos and sites etc.

I woke this morning naturally at 9am, went to the toilet, and came back to bed and stayed in bed till 1pm but didnt sleep at all. I just browsed the net or watched videos on goal setting etc.

I have eaten and about to watch many videos on goal setting.

I know none of this is related to MLS or due to MLS, but im posting here for future reference.

Day 34 Update - 4th Dec 2017 (30+4)

So done no uni work however been thinking more and more about goal setting and future goals.

Future goals about sleep, uni work/studying, habit creations, exercise, diet etc

I dont think MLS is doing this or has a module on goals, however if anyone wants to correct me or give me some thoughts on this then please because im wondering if all this is based on either procrastination, avoidance, perfectionism and thus fear or if all of this is my mind trying to seek out solutions to make my life better.

I dont just want to be a dreamer, a dreamer of the future. I want to be a man of present action, that takes action to make his dream a reality. thanks.

Day 37 Update - 7th Dec 2017 (30+7) (-1 listening: total so far = -5days)

Was on the phone to a female friend so unable to get any listening done at night.

Only thing to say is today ive wasted a day off from uni by doing no studying etc.

Ive avoided study or ive procrastinated today.

Day 44 Update - 14th Dec 2017 (30 + 14) (-5 days in total of no listening up to now)

Nothing major to update except that im going home for xmas on Saturday.

Once home, I will be listening from my S4 samsung phone directly without connecting to any speakers etc.

I may not be able to come on and update during this time until im back.

My goal is to try and listen daily and there have been some days without any listening or broken listening but im doing what I can and hope this sub does its share with me.

Nothing has been noticed or observed so far however with this sub.

Day 50 Update - 20th Dec 2017 (30 + 20 = 50 days) (-7 days in total)

So I am back in the UK and have been able to listen to MLS via my S4 phone (not plugged into any speakers).

However lastnight and the night before, I doubt the listening as I had to go to the bathroom on both nights atleast once or twice.

Therefore I have accounted these as not listened days and added to the negative total above. Any days where I have doubts as to whether I have listened properly as per the instructions, or days where I have had to pause or stop the listening for any reasons, even if I have continued the play and listened on, I will regard as days of not listening and add it to the total above.

I has asked Shannon the question as to how to recompense the lost days of listening and his reply is posted before with the link to the post to help myself and all others.

Hey Shannon, hope you're doing well and quick question please.

Ive listened to MLS for 44 days so far of which 5 were days that I cant count.

Is there a way to compensate or make up for these days somehow?

Such as once I feel ive come to the end of MLS (maybe after 6, 9 or 12months) to listen extra for each day missed, or perhaps listen extra in the manner of 1 day equating to 7days extra listening?

Just do 1 to 1.5 days for each day you missed.

As per the above answer, I will go 1 step beyond and say that for every 1 day missed ill listen for an extra 2 days.

So my goal is to try and listen to MLS for 30days, 60days, 90days and monitor any change.

Then continue anyway and listen for 6months and 9months and 12months.

At the end of 6 or 9 or 12 months, once I feel MLS is kicking in ill either continue onwards or decide it has done all it can and thus add to it the missed days of listening.

If anyone has any other ideas thoughts or suggestions to this strategy of mine then please share.
