This program seems to have a variety of results for various people. One guy reported his penis got too big, a couple got no results at all, and most people who buy it seem to get what they want out of it. I would not expect that it would be likely you would have it grow too big, though, since he specifically ordered "the most extreme penis enlargement subliminal you can possibly make" as a custom. I warned him. 
As with all non-custom programs, if you get it and haven't gotten any results after a reasonable period of time using it (say, 6 months, in this case) just request a refund. No sweat.
