Improve At Sex

Do any of the big 3 products, Alpha Male, Woman Magnet, or Sex Magnet, improve your skills at sex?

I'm currently kind of a wuss when it comes to that. I can't last as long as I'd like, and I'm definitely not the dominant partner I'd like to be. In short, I'm bad at sex. Are any programs able to fix that?
